Who We Are

We are writers, researchers and educators with a special interest in Indigenous Caribbean Cultures. Our primary focus has been on healers and mystics. The plants they used to heal as well as, the mind-whole- body connection we now call Holistic Healing. Their belief that humans, nature and the cosmos are all part of an integrated system of existence was unbelievably sophisticated for a people the first Europeans considered to be still living in the stone age.
